1. The exam is technically rigorous. The CD Study Guide does an excellent job of preparing you to pass the exam. It is also a very efficient way to learn the technical aspects of Quality Engineering.
2. No type of training is required. Prepare for exam using any methods you desire.
3. Multiple people can share the exam CD, but only one person can use the Study Guide CD. Each person must obtain a code each time they attempt the exam.
